Is on-call unlimited?

No. Pro and Premium include an agreed incident response window and monthly hours — not an enterprise NOC. Overage is priced transparently when you exceed the bundle.

FAQ

Which plan should we start with? Most small production clusters start on Standard. Choose Base for automated checks and a report; Pro for incidents and ownership; Premium for multi-cluster or compliance.

Can we change plans later? Yes. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal after a short handoff.

Do we need a Health Check first? Recommended if the cluster is poorly understood — so support hours are not spent rediscovering basics. See Health Check.

What about Premium custom items? They are scoped in writing and appear on your plan checklist. No hidden work — custom means visible, agreed deliverables.
